Meet the team

Little Big Agency.png

Our multi-award-winning team has been around the block, seen a few things and worked with some pretty impressive people. From global behemoths to tiny start-ups, we’ve seen it all. So, we bring a great deal of experience to every project. And because we’re little, you’ll get to work with our big guns all the time; not just during the initial stages.

Preston

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

He’s our multi-award-winning creative director. In his twenty plus years in the industry, he’s worked for some of London’s biggest agencies – from McCann’s to HHCL to EHS to TMW, before he moved out to Cirencester’s Havas in 2016.

His impressive client list ranges from Automotive (Honda and Nissan) to Booze (Guinness and Tullamore Dew) to Charity (English Heritage and Sight Savers) and beyond. He’s also won over two dozen of the industry’s biggest awards, including a coveted Cannes Lions.

Outside of agency life, Preston is an award-winning children’s author and app creator whose books have been featured on CBeebies’ Bedtime Hour and CITV’s Bookaboo.

Ian

BUSINESS DIRECTOR

This is Ian, he’s our Business Director and networker extraordinaire. And when we say extraordinaire, we mean it. He’s been supplying digital and creative talent to organisations for over twenty years. And now he helps us find and deliver our projects on time and to brief. With the very best people, if we need to bring in talent. He uses his Psychology degree to dig deep, never taking things at face value and has learnt to expect the unexpected.

His unique skillset comes in handy from an agency perspective when…

1. Ian is talking to new clients. Because he’s a really good listener, he can work out what you really want and need.

2. The Little Big Agency needs some specialist expert help, Ian always knows just the person.

So, if you need to talk about your business challenges, just give Ian a bell. He’d love to get to know you over coffee, beer or a round of golf. Or, if you really twist his arm, all three.

Chris

DESIGN DIRECTOR

This is Chris, he's our award-winning Design Director. He's gained a lot of swag over the years from various shiny design awards through to his odd and slightly worrying collection of gadgets!

He’s worked at some pretty impressive agencies with some equally impressive creative folk over the past decade. And he’s designed for a wide variety of clients including the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Judes Ice cream and ERS Insurance. Plus local success stories The Wilson Gallery and Cirencester’s very own Barn Theatre.

When he's not sat in the studio in front of his trusty Mac, you'll find him out and about with his cameras shooting all kinds of stuff from cars to weddings!

Not bad 'ey!

Sam

LEAD STRATEGIC UX DESIGNER

Meet Sam, our associate UX Designer with over 20 years of experience of leading digital design teams, inspiring the best creative work and delivering measurable results in User Experience design. Sam spent many years on the agency side, where she led large design teams in London (Marketing agency, TMW Unlimited) and Bristol (UX Design agency, Nomensa), before venturing into freelance UX Design.

Often described as ’T-shaped,’ Sam has a broad skillset meaning she can handle anything from planning, research and user testing to concepts and detailed high-fidelity designs ready for development. She loves nothing more than rolling up her sleeves (once she’s got a handle on your business objectives and user needs, that is!).

She has worked for SSE Energy Solutions, Alzheimer’s Society, The National Trust and UK Government, among others. Outside of work Sam is the Chair of her local Climate Action Network and enjoys volunteering on climate-positive projects.

If you’re having problems connecting with your audience, we can help you in a little or big way!
